Many locations will be using your service to derive some sort of value, whether it be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><strong>Offering a perk that can be used by many of their employees<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Encourage and support healthier eating choices<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Boost productivity<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Support a local business or local producers<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Monthly Infographic<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For workplaces, in particular, sharing data each month is a great way to justify a monthly service fee &#8211; if you charge one. Below is an example of how an infographic could be formatted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"587\" height=\"727\" src=\"https:\/\/mlrxmkzjnpr9.i.optimole.com\/cb:HCcM~2444f\/w:auto\/h:auto\/q:mauto\/f:best\/https:\/\/bytetechnology.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/infographic2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3478\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to pull the data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To pull the data as shown in the infographic above, you&#8217;ll need to do a basic&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/support.bytetechnology.co\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/360031950032\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">transaction export<\/a>. Calculate each field as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Employees Participating:<\/strong>&nbsp;this is the unique number of UIDs transacting in a given month; a UID is a unique identifier&nbsp;<em>per credit card<\/em>. While this is not a perfect identifier for a unique user, it is a very close approximation. Another option is to look at unique first and last name combinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Salads Eaten:<\/strong>&nbsp;this is the quantity of salads sold in a given month<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Local Makers Supported:<\/strong>&nbsp;if you produce or source from any local makers, this is the quantity of makers from whom products were purchased<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Employee Hours Saved:<\/strong>&nbsp;arguably the most important metric of the bunch, you can calculate the total employee hours saved by multiplying the unique number of transactions by 15 minutes, then dividing by 60 minutes to convert to hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sending the infographic<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can use a basic mail merge tool, use a more advanced email marketing tool like HubSpot or Mailchimp, or simply send clients a PDF.
